The CORE Journey for Groups and Couples
Group and couples coaching is for people who want the same benefits that the individual solutions offer and want to share the journey with a group of like-minded people. You won’t need any self-help, diet, or motivational books. You won’t have to figure it out by yourself. The group coaching program provides you with all you need to know with a step-by-step, practical approach.
Your program provides you with comprehensive knowledge and support to increase your happiness and improve your health and well being. The program is delivered in stages to facilitate your progress and ensure that you implement the tools effectively and integrate the changes into your life.
The Group Coaching Program Includes:
12 Sessions of thought-provoking education and action that guides you step-by-step to a healthier, happier life. When you’ve completed the program you will have a toolchest that you can access for sustainable changes in your health and well-being.
Handouts and worksheets that cover health and nutrition basics, life satisfaction, relationships, communication, personality type, goal setting and action planning.
A buddy who will be your coaching partner for support during the 12 week journey.
Bonus intensive support calls. There will be two additional one-on-one phone calls that provide you an open, confidentail opportunity to ask questions and receive additional support.
