What makes this coaching program unique?
The program grew out of my own desire to create a fulfilling life well into my wisdom years, my trials and tribulations at trying to reach my goals, and ultimately, my experience of making it happen. I’ve been in your shoes and I know what it’s like to want to be fully engaged in life, happy and healthy, with a career I enjoy and positive, caring relationships.
I have been fully trained in counseling, performance and motivation science, nutrition and dietary theories, and lifestyle approaches. I’ll provide you with a well researched, proven and comprehensive solution with full, non-judgmental support, allowing you to address your needs and realize your aspirations. I will also furnish a list of professionals that share the same values and beliefs that will support you in additional areas you may want to explore.

Through working in this area for over 20 years coaching hundreds of clients and teaching thousands of people, I’ve learned that even though each of us is unique there is a process that people move through that leads to sustainable change and consistent success. That’s why I developed the CORE Journey.
