CENTERPOINT™
TriMetrix® DNA examines 25 unique personal traits that identify which skills have been most well developed, providing a prediction of his or her strengths and weaknesses in the future. Along with the 25 soft skills identified, the DISC and Driving Forces assessments are combined with the TriMetrix® DNA to create highly accurate information on development, management, and placement within your company.
Mindfulness-based
DISC Assessment and Driving Forces assessments discover what motivates and engages a person by examining six unique continuums – Knowledge, Utility, Surroundings, Others, Power, and methodologies. This is combined with the details below to create a clear understanding of the employee’s thinking process and behavior.
Emotional Intelligence
DISC Assessment explains “how” people do what they do in their daily lives. This assessment uncovers unique insights about observable behaviors. This assessment is sometimes referred to as “the operator’s manual for employees.” DISC highlights specific behavioral characteristics a person is likely to possess, and is backed by research, making it a solid predictor of future behavior.
Topics covered in the program include:
- The three dimensions of leadership and defining integrity in each dimension (positional, expert, character)
- Understanding behavioral styles and adapting communication/coaching skills for increased collaboration and effectiveness
- Understanding driving forces (i.e., motivators) and how to optimize individual engagement
- Understanding acumen capacities based on formal axiology (the study of value) and how to apply and use this awareness for behavioral growth
- Managing stress in the workplace
- Expanding resilience
Key components of the program
Completion and unpacking of the TriMetrix HD Leadership Profile. This is an on-line self assessment completed by participants prior to the class. It utilizes four distinct models to map out recurring patterns of thought, motivation and behavior, as well as provide a self-assessment of mastery of 25 leadership skills and development.
- Understanding and aligning leadership skills for superior performance for each role in the organization
- Mastering the giving and receiving of feedback as a significant accelerator of leadership effectiveness
- Each participant will also complete an Emotional Intelligence assessment
- Developing strategies to lead accountability across all levels of the organization assessment
