Dianna has followed her spiritual path for over 15 years. She practices daily reflection and mindfulness mediation practices. She offers workshops and lectures on the relationship between science and spirituality.

Dianna is an avid runner, cyclist, and enjoys hiking and backpacking. She incorporates her experiences in the backcountry in her coaching and teaching. Her experience climbing Kilimanjaro at 19,340’ and trekking to Everest Base Camp and Kala Patar at 18,300′ were instrumental in adopting the mountain as a metaphor for the The CORE Journey.  That adventure intensified Dianna’s conviction that self-reliance and mastery are inherent to human beings and that we all have the desire and the capacity to pursue purpose and meaning.

Philosophy

Much of Dr. Wright’s focus is working in transition management for individuals, teams, and organizations in order to experience optimal well-being, fulfillment, full engagement and happiness in their personal and professional lives. Dianna offers a distinctive, step-by-step approach that moves through the stages involved in any successful change effort. Her process offers a simple yet insightful roadmap for successfully navigating change and moving individuals and organizations into a hopeful future. Her program, The CORE Journey, integrates two dynamic models for transition based on extensive research into the optimal process involved in a successful change effort. The CORE Journey provides a personalized MAP (Mindful Action Plan) for individuals, teams and organizations as they reshape, redefine, and evolve themselves, personally and professionally. In her experience, Dr. Wright has found that the change effort will realize sustainable success when the undertaking integrates peoples beliefs, values, strengths, and purpose into the process of transformation. By working from an internal perspective for change, the outcome becomes integral to the culture of one’s character and makes the transition sustainable.
