Mindfulness-based Emotional Intelligence in Action

CenterPoint™ Leadership (CPL) is a leadership development program designed to identify and develop leadership skills that will help participants excel in current and future roles. The primary objectives this program addresses are:

  • Increase each participant’s emotional intelligence 
  • Expand participants capacity to reach their potential through  intention, commitment, & discipline 
  • Develop additional awareness and skills in working with teams 
  • Help each participant grow specific, relevant leadership skills 
  • Optimize participants wellbeing in the four human  dimensions:  physical, mental, emotional & spiritual

CURRICULUM + ASSESSMENT LEVELS

  • Executive and C-Suite assessments and curriculums are based on  the  TriMetrix® H
  • Senior Management team assessments and curriculums are based  on the TriMetrix® HD
  • Administrative and Management team assessments are based on DISC Assessments and Driving Forces.

Topics covered in the program include:

  • The three dimensions of leadership and defining integrity in each dimension (positional, expert, character)
  • Understanding behavioral styles and adapting communication/coaching skills for increased collaboration and effectiveness
  •  Understanding driving forces (i.e., motivators) and how to optimize individual engagement 
  •  Understanding acumen capacities based on formal axiology (the study of value) and how to apply and use this awareness for behavioral growth
  • Managing stress in the workplace
  • Expanding resilience

Key components of the program

Completion and unpacking of the TriMetrix HD Leadership Profile. This is an on-line self assessment completed by participants prior to the class. It utilizes four distinct models to map out recurring patterns of thought, motivation and behavior, as well as provide a self-assessment of mastery of 25 leadership skills and development.

  • Understanding and aligning leadership skills for superior performance for each role in the organization 
  • Mastering the giving and receiving of feedback as a significant accelerator of leadership effectiveness
  • Each participant will also complete an Emotional Intelligence assessment
  • Developing strategies to lead accountability across all levels of the organization assessment
  • Building emotional intelligence
